Awesome product

It was so easy to install, you only had to be sure the size of the dealt bolts and that it.

It only missing that this product would be compatible with HomeKit interface

Seems great so far. Fingerprint reader is a bit fussy.

I've upgraded my smartlock solution from the Sesame device offered on Kickstarter a number of years ago. The Switchbot lock, with fingerprint keypad and hub was easy to setup, easy to install (though I shudder to think how I'm going to remove the adhesive pads, they are stuck on good!), and work great.

My only issue is the fingerprint scanner seems to fail on the first scan about 80% of the time, and usually needs around 3 tries before it gets a correct read. But it's definitely an upgrade on the sesame which used to drop connections constantly. This has been solid so far, has already saved me after I locked myself out of my apartment and all that's left is to hope I get the battery life that is quoted (I've only had it for around a month).

2.We will confirm if the package is unopened or not, and will supply a return address to customer.

3.Customer will then send back the package and device.

4.Customer must then provide a tracking number for their delivery.
