Great !

Loved this as much as the other SwitchBot products I have. Easy set up - small enough to be inconspicuous - loved you can turn the led off. Does exactly what it’s meat too. Definitely would recommend

VERY DISSAPOINTED

I have two current issues going on at the moment and for some reason I’m not getting any help.

[SwitchBot] (#430634) You sent me an invalid code that I’ve been try to use for two weeks at the end of September

[SwitchBot] (#438383) I’ve received a discount for a black switthbot and cannot apply.

This is obviuslly becoming frustrating now. Please help.

Contact Sensor works great

I like this contact sensor at my door. It works well in programing routines in the Alexa ecosystem. I also like that it has a light sensor as well as motion sensor.

Another feature is the ability to set it up in the Switch-Bot app that will let it know wether you are entering or leaving the house. You can also set a notification if the door is left open
