Easy to install , with quick, responsive support
Shipping was ok, I wish it was faster. Easy to install, as long as the direction is followed. For my need, it integrates well with IFTTT and Alexa. The app was ok, I wish it had more triggers for the scheduling , such as sunset/sunrise. So far I am super impressed by the support team, quick reply within 24 hours, they tend to be an expert on the product which translate to a quick resolution.

FAQs
In terms of size, installation can be carried out without any problems.
You can control the Double-sided curtains independently via SwitchBot App, opening and closing them as needed.
Please link the SwitchBot Curtain with the Remote. Tap the Remote → tap the convex/concave button → tap the corresponding curtain → select the action → complete the settings.
With the convex button set to open fully and the concave button to close fully, press the convex button to open the curtain. Press the convex button again to pause before moving to the fully open position. Press the concave button to close the curtains. Press the concave button again to pause before moving to the fully closed position.

B, If the SwitchBot Solar Panel on SwitchBot Curtain cannot get enough sunlight, you can adjust the SwitchBot Solar Panel's location to get better sunlight.
