I was delighted to install the SwitchBot Lock Ultra Vision Pro Combo and put it into operation without any problems. Fingerprint, face recognition, manual code and NFC activated in Vision.
Everything was fine until suddenly the smart lock unlocked the front door.
The face recognition confused my wife's face with that of our neighbour.
The two faces are very different.
This should never have happened.
Shock! My enjoyment of the system has been greatly diminished.
I deactivated facial recognition and left only fingerprint recognition.
Now, after my holiday, I am trying to teach the system my wife's face again and will continue to test it.

Absolute genius, there aren’t to many people out there that this won’t work for, it’s an engineering masterpiece. And then there’s the price; this is the best smart lock on the market and it’s cheaper than competitors with far less functionality. This is the best there is, look no further.

I was delighted to install the SwitchBot Lock Ultra Vision Pro Combo and put it into operation without any problems. Fingerprint, face recognition, manual code and NFC activated in Vision.
Everything was fine until suddenly the smart lock unlocked the front door.
The face recognition confused my wife's face with that of our neighbour.
The two faces are very different.
This should never have happened.
