How Is Your Door Opened?
Inward-Opening
If your door opens inward, ensure the distance between the lock's backset and the door frame is at least 33 mm.
Outward-Opening
If your door opens outward, ensure the distance between the lock’s backset and the door frame is more than 40 mm.
