Shipping policy

1. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to dispatch your order to be shipped out (The shipping time may vary due to the uncontrollable factors, e.g.: political activities, climate changes ). Please be known that we do not process orders or shipping on weekends or holidays. 

2. Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. If you need to change the address, please don't hesitate to contact us before the package ship out. We will help you contact the shipping carrier that is responsible for the transportation, but we are not responsible for any package damage, loss, or delay caused by incorrect shipping information customers provide nor caused by the shipping carrier during the transportation.

3. Our shipping warehouse is located in Hong Kong.

4. Standard shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

5.  When orders are shipped out, you may find the tracking number you receive includes the wrong tracking code when generated. Should this happen, you can check the correct tracking number via your Order status page after 48 hours. 

6. When ordering you may need to pay customs duties and sales tax directly to our distributors to clear goods at customs. Please consider this when ordering. SwitchBot has no way of estimating such fees.

7. Remote Area Fee: Some postal addresses may be charged an extended area fee or overwater charges depending on where you live, if you are unsure of such charges, please contact us for more information.
