I love being able to vac & mop areas of my choosing. For example, I was able to select the section of the kitchen floor where the people and dogs track in dirt and clean only that area instead of the entire kitchen.

I am satisfied because it's the best vacuum and washing robot available. The plumbing system is impressive, and the cleaning results are by far better than my older Roborock S7.

The S10 has proven to be a valuable upgrade from my old vacuum. It offers excellent suction power, easily handling my pet's shedding and daily messes. The mopping feature leaves my floors spotless. While the app could use some tweaks for an even smoother experience, overall, I am very pleased with its performance.

It is really great especially the AI obstacle avoidance. Some carpets get sucked into the roller. Wish that didn't happen. It has difficulty mapping when there are floor to ceiling mirrors. Wish the bump sensor could create a wall when the lidar fails with the mirror. I wish the mopping would be able to leave a fresh scented smell. It does feel clean. Wish it smelt clean too.

This is a godsend and we’re using it almost daily, given our 3- and 1-year olds love throwing food on the floor.
