SwitchBot AI Art Frame Privacy

Please read the following in addition to consenting to our App Privacy Policy (see Profile > Preference > About) so that you fully understand how we collect, transmit, use, and store your information when using the AI Art Frame, and how we protect that information. You have the right to refuse this policy; however, if you do so, we will be unable to provide you with the basic functions of the AI Art Frame.
Please note: this feature is for personal use only. Do not use it for any commercial purposes or in public environments, and do not use it to collect or use other people’s personal information or for unlawful purposes.
1. Collection of Personal Information
When you enable this feature, the App will transmit to cloud servers— in encrypted form— the images and text information you choose to send to the Art Frame for storage and processing.
2. Transmission, Use, and Storage of Personal Information
To enable the core functionality of AI Art Frame, the images you upload will be stored on cloud servers. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 storage service, and all images are encrypted in S3 using industry-standard methods (such as AES-256). Only individuals with access to your account (you and those you authorize) can view, download, or delete the images from the app. Neither we nor any unauthorized parties are able to view your images.Cloud storage is provided based on the system's fixed display period. When storage capacity is reached, you may need to manually delete some images from the app. Once you delete these pictures, we will simultaneously remove them from the cloud server. We will send the images you upload from the cloud servers to your Art Frame for display, synchronization, and content management.
The uploaded images and related information described above are used solely to provide this feature—to enable image display, cross-device synchronization, history, retrieval, and content security—and will not be provided to any third parties or used for other purposes.
3. Withdrawal of Consent
We fully respect your data rights. If you wish to cancel or stop the collection and processing of the personal information described above, please unbind the Art Frame to turn off the feature. After the feature is turned off, we will no longer process new data under this policy; you may still export or delete existing content in the App. If you choose to (re)use the Art Frame, that action will be deemed acceptance and acknowledgement of this policy, as it is a necessary precondition for providing the feature.
