And here's the small print.
- To use SwitchBot Points, your SwitchBot app account must be bound to an account via our official website. These are two separate accounts. If you do not have an official account, please sign up for an official website account first. Your registered mailbox can be the same as the one you registered via our app.
- To earn points, your SwitchBot app must be version 6.15 or higher.
- If the total of your order does not reach the free shipping threshold due to discount incurred after SwitchBot Points discount, shipping will be charged.
- Second-hand products are not eligible for SwitchBot Points.
- If you click confirm when exchanging points for discount, the points will be deducted indefinitely and cannot be returned.
- The lowest amount SwitchBot Points that can be exchanged is 10 points. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact our customer service via support@switch-bot.com.
