Timer doesn't work (android)

Edited: Oct 31

I purchased Switch bot in a week ago on Amazon, and I got the goods in this week. I can't find the Transparency App which is written on your box so I can't give you my product date or details about this product... But, I'm not using any hubs of yours. I'm just using your bot with my android phone only. My app version is V4.6.2.1025. Anyway, I set the timer 2 times a day, one is on the 00:00 for all days and the other is on the 06:00 for weekdays only. But I found the former one doesn't work at all. I'm using Galaxy Note 10+ 256GB which is the far latest Samsung Note phone. It means maybe firmware or Android OS should not be a problem. I set those timers in the totally same way, and I read many things about settings in your Switch-bot App. Therefore, I considered what the difference in environments between them is. That is the connectivity. At 00:00, my phone is quite far from the Switch-bot, which makes it disconnected from the phone. On the other hand, at 06:00, my phone is in the same room with it, which remains connected. (through Bluetooth maybe) Maybe this problem is the very same with the one in https://www.switch-bot.com/forum/help-and-troubleshooting/timers-do-not-work-as-expected. However, at last, you guys said this was the top-priority problem and solved it as quickly as possible. Therefore, I believe you have any solutions for this. Is there anything I can try?

After it loses connection, it might delete the timers as someone in that link said?

Hi Lee,

Thank you for using our products.

Regarding the issue you met, please tap the "Sync Clock" section in Timer settings. SwitchBot was not able to sync the local time itself.

Timers won't be deleted after it loses connection with your phone unless being reset.

If this issue still exists, please report this issue via Feedback directly in the SwitchBot App so that our tech team could handle it directly. Details incl. screenshots would be helpful.

I have a number of different kinds of smart devices assigned to particular rooms in my google home, including switchbots. when I give a specific command for a switchbot, it works fine, but if I give a room level command, such as, turn on all the living room lights, all of the devices in the living room respond, except for the switchbot (even though they are most definitely assigned to that room in Google home). This occurs in every room where I have a switchbot, and all batteries are fine on the switchbots, so this is a program level issue. please tell me how to fix this, or if you are already aware that this is an issue that you are working on currently.

Hi,there. I'm doubted that even this writings are written on your post :) On the feedback messanger, you guys asked me to upload my firmware info on my app and devices. And I sent you and waited for 4 days(2days if counting business days). Today, I got the message I didnt reply anything. Wow.... A week ago, I firstly post that your device doesn't recognize the basic timer and the things I've been replied are what is your firmware version? and ignoring messages...

La télécommande freebox semble être une telecommande radio et non IR. Impossible de l’ajouter au hub ??
