I purchased Switch bot in a week ago on Amazon, and I got the goods in this week. I can't find the Transparency App which is written on your box so I can't give you my product date or details about this product... But, I'm not using any hubs of yours. I'm just using your bot with my android phone only. My app version is V220.127.116.115. Anyway, I set the timer 2 times a day, one is on the 00:00 for all days and the other is on the 06:00 for weekdays only. But I found the former one doesn't work at all. I'm using Galaxy Note 10+ 256GB which is the far latest Samsung Note phone. It means maybe firmware or Android OS should not be a problem. I set those timers in the totally same way, and I read many things about settings in your Switch-bot App. Therefore, I considered what the difference in environments between them is. That is the connectivity. At 00:00, my phone is quite far from the Switch-bot, which makes it disconnected from the phone. On the other hand, at 06:00, my phone is in the same room with it, which remains connected. (through Bluetooth maybe) Maybe this problem is the very same with the one in https://www.switch-bot.com/forum/help-and-troubleshooting/timers-do-not-work-as-expected. However, at last, you guys said this was the top-priority problem and solved it as quickly as possible. Therefore, I believe you have any solutions for this. Is there anything I can try?
