IFTTT Applet "No Options Found"

The main reason I bout two of your Switchbots and the Hub was to have them triggered when I got home. The applet you have on IFTTT doesn't let you choose your Switchbot from the drop down menu. I have other applets running that do allow you to choose the Switchbot so I know it isn't a configuration issue on my end. Please fix it asap. The Applet ID is: geX5WAir

Hi Graig,

Thanks for your feedback. Regarding the issue you encountered, please kindly check the action mode of each Bot respectively in the SwitchBot App first. Make sure the action modes you choose in the SwitchBot App is identical with the IFTTT "that" action.

Below is a brief instruction to the 2 action modes of the Bot:

· The Press mode: Move one direction to press your switch/button.

· The ON/OFF mode: Work with our "add-on", can support press down and pull up.

How to change the Bot's action mode in our App?

· Make sure your smartphone is within the Bot's Bluetooth range.

· Tap the gear/setting icon in the upper right conner of the Bot's section on your homepage. Then you will find the "Password, Mode" icon. Change the Bot's action mode on the "Password, Mode" page as you need.

Please have a try. If this problem persists, feel free to send your feedback directly from within the SwitchBot App, by attaching screenshots and providing your SwitchBot account (email).

I have a number of different kinds of smart devices assigned to particular rooms in my google home, including switchbots. when I give a specific command for a switchbot, it works fine, but if I give a room level command, such as, turn on all the living room lights, all of the devices in the living room respond, except for the switchbot (even though they are most definitely assigned to that room in Google home). This occurs in every room where I have a switchbot, and all batteries are fine on the switchbots, so this is a program level issue. please tell me how to fix this, or if you are already aware that this is an issue that you are working on currently.

La télécommande freebox semble être une telecommande radio et non IR. Impossible de l’ajouter au hub ??
