Thanks! So my problem is that I can’t upgrade the firmware, when I checked the firmware version, it shows V1.6-1.4, and I didn’t find any place that display newer version for updating. I’m using the latest version IOS app v3.1.1. Hub Bluetooth is turned on while I checking the update.
@David Oxford No worry, the V1.6-1.4 is the latest firmware for you. We have a beta version 2.0-1.7 available for users who bought our thermometer & hygrometer, otherwise the meter cannot work. We will release a stable version to all users after the beta test is done.
@support I’m having the same issue but my Hub Plus is stuck on V1.1-1.1
How can I force an update to the latest version?!
2.0-1.7 is a beta version and not released to all the users yet.

Also, any idea why my Hub Plus Wi-Fi MAC address is reported as ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff?

Some users who bought our thermometer & hygrometer can upgrade to a higher version to get the new product support, otherwise these new products cannot work with the old hub plus. It's also a beta version for some users and all of you will be upgraded to a release version later.
@Squuiid the ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff is an App's bug and we will fix it. No worry, it's just a display issue. :)

the problem is that if i press FIRMWARE UPGRADE ben it does not load and it ends up putting me wrong!!! I tried again and again without résult!!
