Can't connect hub ti internet

I tried unsuccessfully to connect my hub to another internet source but I am now unable to connect it back to my internet.

 

it does not give me the option to chose wifi network it connects to the wifi but fails to connect to the internet.

Hi Mark,

 

Sorry for the delayed reply. What was the latest progress? Does the issues still with you?

 

We reported your issue to the team, but we were not able to reproduce it with the following procedures:

 

0) Put the backside switch of the Hub to ON status.

1) Connect the Hub to WiFi network A with correct password. The rainbow color indicates a good Internet connection;

2) Under Setting of the Hub, click Clear of WIFI SETTING. The color turns to red immediately.

3) Connect the Hub to WiFi network B with incorrect password, and get an "WiFi Password error." prompt. The color remains as red.

4) Connect the Hub to WiFi network A with correct password. The color turns to rainbow incidating a good Internet connectino. [If the issue is reproduced, the color should be red here.]

 

Kindly pay attention to the extra spaces when you inputing phrases as WiFi SSID and/or password.

    I have a number of different kinds of smart devices assigned to particular rooms in my google home, including switchbots. when I give a specific command for a switchbot, it works fine, but if I give a room level command, such as, turn on all the living room lights, all of the devices in the living room respond, except for the switchbot (even though they are most definitely assigned to that room in Google home). This occurs in every room where I have a switchbot, and all batteries are fine on the switchbots, so this is a program level issue. please tell me how to fix this, or if you are already aware that this is an issue that you are working on currently.

    Hi,there. I'm doubted that even this writings are written on your post :) On the feedback messanger, you guys asked me to upload my firmware info on my app and devices. And I sent you and waited for 4 days(2days if counting business days). Today, I got the message I didnt reply anything. Wow.... A week ago, I firstly post that your device doesn't recognize the basic timer and the things I've been replied are what is your firmware version? and ignoring messages...
