Is possible to change switch Plus color from API or IFTTT?

I work in a monitor project. We have a running process to monitoring house electricity. I want that If the electricity is high, to put a red color in the switch Hub Plus.

Thank you.

Yes, I could implement that also with my Rainforest Eagle showing the meter. Can the light be off?

The light can be off by switching the backside switch :) But cannot be turned on/off by the IFTTT event currently.

Hey, this's in our to-do list... Btw, a firmware upgrade is required.

@yourconnery That light is ridiculously bright and the hub is to control devices in my theater. I just want to turn it off with the app, forget IFTTT.

@ncowles Yes, you can turn it off in the hub's control page in the app. You can also switch the backside switch to OFF (middle position) to permanently turn off the light.

Hi @yourconnery any update on turning on/off SwitchHub light from IFTTT?

Some backend interfaces should be modified and our engineers are working on this. This will be done for sure but sorry to say hard to give an estimated date.

Thanks @yourconnery for the update.

I've forgot the ligth on the other nights and the kids use it as a night low light when they go to bedroom.Maybe will be able to hook it up with a motion sensor in the future with ifttt.

Hi. Im hoping to buy a SwitchBot hub + and Meter so I can monitor the temperature in my mother's house from my home. As I'm new to this can I ask some questions: Question 1: If I set up the hub and meter in her house can I see the temperature graph from her meter on my iPhone from anywhere? Question 2: Could we see this on 2 iPhones at the same time ( from several miles away) Question 3: Will the SwitchBot hub + work well with the Huawei B315 router? Please let us know each answer

I am looking at getting a SwitchBot or two for my home, I currently have a SmartThings Hub, do I need to purchase a SwitchBot Hub to remotely control the SwitchBot or can I use my existing SmartThings Hub?

It would be really great to add an indefinite 'long press' or 'hold down until off' as the last option on the long press timer. That way it would hold the button down until the switch is set to off instead of a timed interval.
